Based at the Kelvin Grove Campus, I managed campus security, supporting international student services and managing emergency maintenance as a key representative of the university out of hours. Above and beyond my day to day tasks, I was most proud to have;• Been nominated to further existing skills with formal training allowing complete re-work of user interface and workflows of the newly implemented Noggin system• Played a key role in replacing paper logbooks with efficient system use leading to more accurate automated incident reporting with automatic notifications to key stakeholders• Developed training packages for the initial OCA Package received from Noggin• Identified requirement for and then managed Digital Workplace Security Student/Staff facing page audit and update).• Liaised with each member of the Security team to create a brief outline of their duties and how they assist the university to be displayed on the site• Nominated to complete Basic HTML5 coding and SQL training to support the above projects
