Responsible for providing leadership for all tank projects through utilization of construction and project management processes as well as industry best practices. • Accountable for overall management of the Tank Program including but not limited to: de- inventorying, cleaning, inspection, repair scope development, site preparation, logistics, repairs, construction, procurement, cost control, safety and system startup • Managing all disciplines to ensure projects are executed safely, meet quality requirements, completed on schedule, on budget and in compliance with all necessary API 650 and 653 standards • Responsible for managing all field supervision and contractor management for projects while supporting business objectives by responsibly and safely delivering project goals.

Served in assignments with increasing responsibilities of a large complex refinery, including managing capital projects and turnarounds. Responsible for execution of small and large capital projects. Developed and successfully executed multiple projects ranging from $1MM to greater than $150MM including numerous turnarounds and associated projects, process unit upgrades, tank farm and fixed equipment upgrades. Performed constructability and estimate reviews, scheduling and procurement evaluations, and project logistic requirements. Project Manager over execution construction of new FCCU CO Boiler ($42MM). Execution Manager for FCCU Turnaround - responsible for overseeing 200+ contractors to execute all major piping modifications, exchanger replacements and equipment upgrades. Responsible for managing and successfully completing Coker Blowdown System replacement and upgrade. Project included new piping, drums and vessels, flare lines, upgrade to flare burner tip, civil and structural upgrades, and new control system.
