Over the past five years, I’ve worked across healthcare and data centers, helping teams stay productive by providing fast and reliable technical support.Currently, I’m a Service Engineer at HDXWill North America, where I work with Cone Beam Computed Tomography (CBCT) systems. I love being hands-on, whether it's troubleshooting in person or supporting users remotely. Every day brings new challenges, and that’s what keeps me excited about what I do.Before this, I was at Trifoil Imaging, managing everything from IT infrastructure to hardware setups across international locations.
