Todd is an experienced executive with more than 25 years of experience, more than 20 of them in a leadership role. With a background in information technology, application development, and database marketing, I have a particular passion for optimizing technology infrastructure to improve performance and operational efficiencies. I also believe strongly in the human factor of process improvement and, as President of IntelliCorp, have overseen the implementation of new employee benefits, spurred inter-departmental relationship-building and education, and helped to foster a friendly environment where people love to work. I believe strongly in giving back to the local community, and have helped to implement several programs to encourage community service and giving by IntelliCorp staff.My current role involves bringing strategic insight into product development to ensure our offerings align with industry best practices, provide value to our clients, and minimize risk for our clients and staff. Ultimately, my goal is to ensure that our clients are receiving accurate, complete, and helpful information and education that make them more successful in their hiring practices. Prior to joining IntelliCorp in 2007, I held several IT leadership positions in industries as diverse as tire manufacturing, oil and gas, banking and consumer finance, technology consulting, and business services. I have managed enterprise hardware systems, network infrastructure, software development, user support, project management, and database administration teams.In my free time, I enjoy volunteering with youth sports organizations and boating on Lake Erie.Todd earned his bachelor of science degree in computer science from Bowling Green State University.
