VolunTEAMism is a process to help participants be inspired and make time to give time and resources to local charities. Through an interactive "company" outing individuals will discover the power of giving and then develop a plan for themselves to give to the areas of their interest. VolunTEAMism also has an employee deduction program that can stream funds into a "project" account that they will then use to give back to their local community twice a year.

Team Play Event Solutions Inc. designs team programs, volunteer activities and launches solutions to help connect people in the workplace.Our goal is to find people to manage and direct VolunTEAMism projects throughout major destinatioins in a partnership role.

I have been evolving from company picnics, team activities to workshops, teaching and facilitation of team changing experiences.
