As the Sales & Account Management Team Lead at Netgain, I manage our Sales Executives, Account Managers, and Channel Partners to drive toward achieving Netgain's corporate goals.With an overall mission to improve patient care, our Account Management team ensures our clients are satisfied with Netgain and are recieving the value of the services that Netgain offers. Through consistent communication and advisory services, the team helps build a client base that is eager to recommend Netgain.The Sales team and Channel Partners are tasked with growing the business through new clients. With our suite of services in the healthcare market, our Sales Executives work to design an IT solution that can improve the client's environment and overall, enhance patient care.

While serving as an Account Manager at Netgain, I was responsible for managing over 40 healthcare clients. With the responsibility of engaging our clients and ensuring they were avid Netgain promoters, I worked closely with healthcare administrators, physicians, and C-level employees to report issues, identify the solutions and allow them to focus on areas of their business outside of IT. Internally, I worked across all teams at Netgain to ensure client's issues were being resolved in a timely manner.

Out of college, I joined Netgain as a Sales intern and joined the company following my internship as a Sales Executive. In my role, I was responsible for bringing new business to Netgain, including both Field Service and Hosting business. Through networking, prospecting, qualifying, negotiating and closing, I successfully brought over 50 clients to Netgain. Also, I contracted Netgain's first out-of-state clients, bringing us from a local provider to a service provider with a national presence. In addition to closing new business, I also did contract renewals, managed accounts, and served as a client liason between internal teams.
