In this role I will be tasked with establishing a new business inside of HP called construction services. The first product we are bringing to market is a robotic layout solution that is for the construction market call SitePrint. I will be setting up the go to market channel in the US and helping establish a team to support the construction services product offerings in North America.

In this role, I manage a startup 3D printing division designed to change way companies design, prototype, and manufacture products, collaborating with a worldwide business group on strategy and business objectives. I challenged engineers to think differently with design, educated procurement team on pricing projects, and collaborated with operators to define necessary skills and develop action plans for setting up cells to complete the work.I also built a collaborative team of industry leaders in Americas driving transition from traditional methods of manufacturing to digital methods. My efforts contributed to:■ Installing 500+ printers in 5 years and earning recognition as the #1 3D Industrial Powder Printing Device for production.■ Influencing production of 1M+ parts for use in automobiles, airplanes, and medical applications. Sourced and secured technical experts in medical, automotive, aerospace, and consumer goods to address specific industry needs.
