CurrentTheater Battle Management Core System Instructor and Aviation SME with Marine Air Ground Task Force Integrated Systems Training Center West.• Develop and maintain training scenarios and curriculum for enrichment and improvement of Marine Corps Training.• Instruct Marines, commanders, and staff on the tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) of aviation C2 systems employment, integration, and usage within the TACC/ACE COC. This instruction will focus on C2 systems employment in support of TACC/ACE COC Watch Officer and /or Watch Chief duties, and how the various watch standers within the TACC/ACE COC interact to provide information that optimally supports the commander’s decision process and battle rhythm.• Implement 21st century facilitation learning techniques in transition from industrial age education.• Coordinating TBMCS COPS applications operator related training requirements with home station unit Information Management Officers (IMOs), Training Officers, and the MISTC training staff.• Familiarize personnel with the watch stander duties and responsibilities associated with a Tactical Air Command Center (TACC) and subordinate MAGTF ACE COCs. Support the MAGTF ACE BST Training and Readiness Standards Manual. Tailor instruction for personnel who are TACC/ACE COC personnel and for other personnel of the Command Element (CE), Ground Combat Element (GCE), Logistics Combat Element (LCE), ACE, and other agencies who access TBMCS COPS applications as supported units.• Provide Aviation C2 Systems/TBMCS POI improvements recommendations to the Aviation C2 Systems/TBMCS Program of Instruction Manager via approved C2TECOE channels.
