Worked closely with sales, product, and global marketing teams to ensure marketing was aligned with divisional goals and that Monster’s brand principles were upheld.Led an 11 person team of PR, advertising, and branding professionals. Coordinated TV, Print, Radio, and Online campaigns for the Korean market. Taught weekly marketing class to JK team.

Helped launch the Salary Wizard which was the internet's first resource to research salary information for any job. When I left in 2004, products I worked on were being used by millions of people and had received many awards.
