• Directed $750MM Sprint/Nextel Broadcast Auxiliary Services (BAS) project in compliance with FCC requirements to upgrade and replace equipment to support high-definition television broadcasting across the U.S..

• Assisted in developing standards for the new PMO that was introduced as a governing department to manage all IT related projects throughout the organization. The introduction of project life cycle methodology was a new.
