Oversee administration, design, execution, evaluation, and improvement of renowned international curriculum program for students aged 15-19 aimed at teaching appreciation for differences in the human experience. Responsibilities include:o acting as sole liaison between International Baccalaureate Organization and Brockton High School o convening, design and facilitation of quarterly IBDP faculty meetingso delivering ongoing guidance and best practices to IBDP faculty and IBDP studentso communicating assessment and curriculum requirements in the areas of Language and Literature, Language Acquisition, Individuals and Societies, Sciences, Mathematics, and the Arts. o managing all internal and external assessment protocols: exam registration and distribution of results and feedback; organizing submission of external and internal assessments, including sampling for external moderation; lead proctoring of all written examinations, including training of additional proctors o overseeing core required curriculum: teaching Theory of Knowledge, coordinating Extended Essay (including supervisor training), and collaborating with coordinator of Creativity, Activity, and Service o managing entire program evaluation process: curriculum review, development of program policies, creation of action plan, budget, and preparation for evaluation visit (schedule and logistics)
