I constantly challenge my teams with a daily mantra of “monitor, measure, pre act.” It’s critically important to set goals; however, goals are just ideals until we describe them in specific detail and we hold our ourselves accountable to achieving those goals. Success comes from vigilant monitoring, frequent measurement of results and immediate pre action to potential variance from the goal. I believe in leadership by example and earning the respect of my team mates. I have developed corporate strategies such as R.U.G.B.E. - Realise Unprecedented Growth By Engaging, and (R.S.V.)P.2 - Reinforced Super Vigilance of our Policies, Procedures and People to facilitate and encourage cooperative goal achievement and succession planning.I am driven by continuous improvement.
