Through QBRs, ITIL guidance, and a deeply engaged team, we’ve consistently achieved a world-class NPS.In previous experience, I managed global teams and sales campaigns in support of multinational clients (e.g. Microsoft, Apple, and CompTIA). I was also elected change management lead for the development and launch of an e-commerce sales platform. I hold an MBA from Temple University and a BBA from Loyola University Maryland. As a lifelong learner, I’m currently pursuing an ITIL 4 Foundations certification.
