Highlights of recent technical accomplishments in independent roles:• Applied signal processing algorithms based on intrinsic time-scale decomposition and multidimensional correlation to imagery to enhance signal recovery.• Designed and demonstrated rugged, high-speed, multiband pyrometers for time-resolved, remote thermometry of simulated pyroclastic flow.Highlights of recent technical accomplishments in team-support roles:• Technology and supply chain due-diligence for large corporate acquisition of biomedical optical equipment company by multinational consumer and industrial optical equipment company.• Rapidly evaluated cost-effective, production-cycle compatible means to detect fungal infection in fresh produce for a niche market fresh-fruit producer.• Demonstrated in vitro and in vivo glucose monitoring based on tunable diode laser spectroscopy (TDLAS) using tunable mid-wave infrared quantum cascade laser.
