In the capacity of General Partner for numerous Limited Partnerships, I have been responsible for complete oversight and construction of both new development and acquisition of existing properties. This encompasses all facets of project completion including land and property acquisition, title work, zoning, market studies, construction and permanent financing, Architectural and Engineering design work, building construction, marketing, regulatory compliance, lease-up and stabilization. These projects range from new construction of high-end luxury residential to the acquisition and expansion of an existing property adding 23,000 square feet and 70 units to the new construction of a multi-level, 100,000+ square foot, 200 bed Continuing Care Retirement Community.

After gaining valuable experience with my previous law firm I went on to form my own practice with an emphasis on business and litigation. I continued to represent clients in general business, litigation, healthcare, real estate and oil and gas. Knowledge and understanding gained from previous legal experience proved to be a beneficial asset for the firm’s clients both in business and in the court room.

Through my work at Williamson Murrell, I was afforded the opportunity to handle a multitude of legal matters for various clients in banking, healthcare, real estate and oil & gas. I gained valuable experience solving issues for businesses from start-up due diligence to financing and construction, Banks and Savings & Loan work-outs, Oil & Gas and Real Estate curative title work and business litigation.
