Todd led the Women's Ready to Wear division where he was responsible for the strategic vision, merchandising functions, and financial performance for this multi-billion dollar division. Known for his trend merchandising and product development expertise, Todd played a pivotal role in developing Target's fashion credibility in apparel. He introduced brand management to women's apparel, led the company's Cherokee brand launch, and developed and launched the very successful designer partnership programs. Todd also built an industry leading women's swim wear business. In prior roles he helped to develop supply chain and inventory management strategies for toys, sporting goods and seasonal divisions.
