After 35 years of leadership, 17 years of which as a small business owner, I turned my full attention toward helping others as a Professional EOS Implementer and a Trusted CEPA Advisor (Certified Exit Planning Advisor), which I've been doing within my own organization as well as with other small business owners throughout the last 7 years. I work with Leadership Teams of organizations with 10-250 employees that are more afraid of the status quo than they are of change required to grow. Perhaps they lack clarity with their vision and aren't working together in one, unified direction. EOS will empower them to get clarity on that vision, which every member of the organization can get behind. The Leadership Team will then be trained to bring that vision to every person, top to bottom, so that everyone is rowing in the same direction with accountability, working hard to make sure the right people are in the right seats. The natural outcome of this effort is the organization will experience team health and everyone will genuinely enjoy the journey they are on within the organization.Additionally, I work with business owners who are seeking to exit their business within the next 10 years. I guide them through the “Simplifi Process” to maximize their exit, minimize disruption, and leave the legacy they hoped for.
