Overseeing the build out of a new line of business in AWS to support the new Pojnt of Sale product at OneMain Financial. The position oversees requirements management, app dev, testing and environment management for the program. Responsibilities also include scope management, risk management and selection of key components for content management and credit decisioning.

As part of the OMF Brightway Cards initiative, I was responsible for integrations across the newly constructed AWS Platform for our Credit Decision Platform as well as integrations with the Core Lending Platform for Product Cross Sell Initiatives. During this program we developed requirements, tested connectivity and confirmed integrations for support of our Personal Loan Platform. The program surpassed managements expectations.

As the Chief Architect, I am responsible for managing the Technology Roadmap and Design for all OneMain Financial applications. This role is responsible for managing all Architects, Systems Analysts, Chordiant Application Designers and Human Factors Engineering. In this expanded role responsibilities include:-Understanding emerging technologies-Insure alignment of technical solutions to the IT Road Map-Reviews of current processes to insure solutions meet client needs-Technical leadership in developing approach documentation-Translation of complex business problems into sound technical solutions-Maintaining awareness of competitors products-Analyzing and reports meaningful data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions to drive improvement of results and find solutions-Mentoring of junior team members

In my current position at CFNA, I manage Systems Analysts, Designers and Human Factor Engineers in an AGILE environment to consolidate requirements and create designs for Symphony Loan Origination System. Lead in working on the adoption of Agile and working through process improvements to maximize the business benefit through code delivery. Day to day responsibilities include Sprint Planning, Pointing sessions, Work Management, Capacity Planning, and aligning deliveries based upon technical and external dependencies.

Managed several different roles to facilitate the Symphony Project1. Data Conversion - Review of current Maestro System Application/Account data into Symphony. I managed a team of approximately 15 individuals to complete a conversion of a distributed (Maestro) Loan Origination system in approximately 1500 branches to a newly developed centralized system called Symphony. This involved designing an extraction process that could be monitored and configured at each branch location, cleansing, centralizing and converting the data into the new centralized database structure on Chordiant/Oracle.2. Deployment Manager - Oversaw bringing on of staff and transition of deployment department of Symphony. Leveraged areas of North American Information Technology guidelines for Deployment Management and setup of Symphony Production support team3. Desktop Support - Managed the desktop support group for Symphony to fill a gap as contractual staff was rolled off. Created the venue to order hardware and insure software was packaged and workstations configured to support 150+ team members on site.

Received assignment to Manage Managers. The new teams that are managed support various technologies (Distributed Applications , Main Frame) from a development and support perspective. I am also involved in the oversight of On Site and off shore development/support team. Insure delivery ofApplications to Business Partners. Insure adherence to Audit and Compliance requirements. Teams were managed and brought up to compliance in the areas of Source Code Management andseparation of duties between Developers and Production Support. .

Manage On Site and off shore development/support team for Knowledge Management - Web Applications. Coordination of multiple development teams to complete application functionality/delivery to Business Partners. This included Requirements gathering, JAD Sessions, Functional Specifications, Development (On Site and Offshore), Deployment and Production Support.

Worked with several entities to coordinate between the Business unit, offshore resources and CitiGroup Real Estate Technology (CREST) in the creation of the Skipjack system. This was the first web based java based system of it's kind in CREST leveraging integrated imaging and workflow. Oversaw the integration and conversion of images from a in house image repository through a Kofax component into a FileNET Repository.

Power Builder Application development and reporting responsibilities. Assisted as Tech Lead in Chesapeake move hardware and software of a 400 person company to new facilities in Columbia, MD.

MS Access reporting and basic programming to support Chesapeake dBase Systems. Created Functional specifications and development to create a new Client Server based accounting system. Data was ported using Oracle SQL Loaderfrom dBase to Oracle 8 PowerBuilder 6.5.
