Professionally, my goal is two-fold; to always exceed expectations and to bring value to all my relationships. On a personal level, I deeply enjoy learning about people; their passions, interests, and their stories.Combining education and experience with a natural aptitude for writing, research, organization and interpersonal communication, I enjoy what I do every day. While I have some varied experiences, several aptitudes bubble to the surface wherever I go:Agile MethodologiesTeam building & leadershipDocumentation (process, training, & marketing)Process creation & improvementInstructional designTraining Research (locating source materials, asking great questions)Promotions & branding A/V productionI sincerely enjoy collaboration and brainstorming. I love to examine a situation from many angles. Even so, I know when it is time to move beyond analysis and towards action. I believe that upon examination, there are multiple paths available to resolving any particular need. That it's not always about picking the "best" solution, depending on the needs of the situation. I do not fear failure, because life is not perfect; I do my best to learn from it. I would rather "fail fast", because I know that is what moves me closer to a solution.
