Accounts Receivable had to be maintained at a level not less than 95% current. Reviewed financial statements of independent owners on an annual basis and assisted in obtaining financing if necessary to ensure their continued success. Developed business models for independent owners (jobbers) upon review of their financial statements and input.

Maintained general ledgers and produce monthly and/or quarterly financial statements for 35 independent jobbers (owners). Processed payroll for 20 of the 35 jobbers using ASP based applications. Reviewed the financial statements with Finance Director before distribution to owners.
