• Supported 5 proposals with technical and cost volumes that went to 5 customers, which included interfacing with program, customers, and consultants with regard to all aspects of production/test operations and test.
• Defined new program test requirements, establishing plans and test sequences in which they were performed for all components, subsystems, and system-level testing.
• Reduced assembly-line time 50% and allowed for easy rework and retest via development of several ground support tools.
• Reduced required mechanical ground support equipment needed to assemble and test flight articles through collaboration with design engineering to develop several flight designs.
• Wrote and modified system test procedures based on new and modified high-level requirements.

• Supported 7 launch-site integration activities.
• Built, tested, and supported testing of many complex mechanical assemblies, such as solar array and antenna gimbles and experimental communication booms.
• Saved company and customers $14 million by allowing technicians to remove 1 RF slice and cables on payload deck at a time versing having to disconnect all cables.
• Designed and built numerous pieces of test equipment and cabling used to test precision high-value hardware, such as gimbles, deployment mechanisms, flight harnesses, and sensors, both as technician and as.
• Performed electrical manufacturing engineer duties supporting multiple programs by writing assembly plans and BOM structuring and working with vendors to ensure products were correctly delivered on time and within.
• Participated in all aspects of testing as technician, test conductor, test engineer, and lead engineer working upfront planning of test requirements.
