Built toolkit, published esite model and structure, catalog, developed hands on widget changes for multi-product image and performed as single point of client contact (project plan, budget, requirement definition, scope/change requests, and other).

• Completed the installation and configuration of our SharePoint 2007 landscape. This included the recommendation of a development, quality assurance, and production fault tolerant environments, writing the funding request and obtaining approvals, working cross department to setup the base infrastructure, installing SharePoint on each environment, and building out our base backup and monitoring practices.• Engaged in the build out of our SharePoint 2007 governance model. This includes site collection and site standards, best practices, our decentralized site management model, security, and user adoption.• Completed the design and development of our Advantage TV initiative with goals of delivering video/media communications in the areas of executive communications, associate training, and product knowledge. This system was launched in February 2007 and achieved over 150,000 hits in our first year.
