Leveraging nearly two decades of real estate experience, Todd has helped build Brooks Chadwick into a development company that has consistently been one of the most active private development firms in the metro Atlanta area. Residential communities have been the main focus of the firms growth and Todd and his team have been able to contribute to the success of some of the regions top home builders by planning, entitling and developing quality communities throughout Georgia. Todd and his partners have experience in almost every real estate asset class including, Land Development, Home Building, Apartments, Shopping Centers, Self Storage and Retail. Todd and his team have participated in close to 1 Billion dollars in transactions throughout their career. Recognized for his leadership and expertise, Todd is honored to have been previously named as one of Cobb County's "Top 20 Rising Stars under age 40" by The Cobb Business Journal. Todd has also been appointed by The Cobb County Commissioners to serve on numerous committees for the county including: The Steering Committee for the 2040 Cobb County Comprehensive Plan (Future Land Use), The Cobb County development standards recommending committee, and The Johnson Ferry/Shallowford Road (JOSH) redevelopment Plan for the Northeast Cobb area.
