• Installations and sales of monitored intruder alarm systems on behalf of clients including Eircom Phonewatch and own diverse and broad customer base.
• Offering advice to customers and assisting with product selection, whilst ensuring sales targets were met.
• Carrying out preventative maintenance and scheduled service calls.
• Providing an out of hours on call service.
• Achieving certification standards for intruder alarm systems (EN50131-1) and office systems certification (SR40).
• Achieving PSA (Private Security Authority) licence for installing Intruder alarm systems.

• Responsible for servicing monitored intruder alarm systems for both residential and commercial clients, ensuring base line of 8 calls were completed daily.
• Training and mentoring new staff, on 1-1 basis, on installation techniques, Health and Safety, ‘Excellence in Customer Care’, technical training, technical troubleshooting.
• Participating actively in work-groups to improve company performance, such as Engineer route planning ensuring no geographical overlap.
• Tasked with managing the field testing of new products and procedures, designing plan for roll out, with subsequent implementation.
• Managing sub-contractors, in areas such as installation, assessing works carried out and reporting on same.
