• Installations and sales of monitored intruder alarm systems on behalf of clients including Eircom Phonewatch and own diverse and broad customer base. • Offering advice to customers and assisting with product selection, whilst ensuring sales targets were met.• Carrying out preventative maintenance and scheduled service calls.• Providing an out of hours on call service.• Achieving certification standards for intruder alarm systems (EN50131-1) and office systems certification (SR40).• Achieving PSA (Private Security Authority) licence for installing Intruder alarm systems.• Organising tax and VAT returns, using sage software, ensuring full tax compliance.

• Responsible for servicing monitored intruder alarm systems for both residential and commercial clients, ensuring base line of 8 calls were completed daily.• Training and mentoring new staff, on 1-1 basis, on installation techniques, Health and Safety, ‘Excellence in Customer Care’, technical training, technical troubleshooting.• Participating actively in work-groups to improve company performance, such as Engineer route planning ensuring no geographical overlap.• Tasked with managing the field testing of new products and procedures, designing plan for roll out, with subsequent implementation.• Managing sub-contractors, in areas such as installation, assessing works carried out and reporting on same.
