Jonathan Toews is a Water Resource Engineer (Hydrogeologist), Project Manager, Human Resources Manager and Humanitarian with almost 15 years of experience tackling groundwater issues in the Western Canadian Sedimentary Basin, in various parts of Canada, and internationally.Core competencies include:• Project Management: satisfying clients and colleagues with frequent informed interaction (municipal, provincial, commercial, oil and gas, mining and humanitarian clients).• Groundwater Supply Investigations: designing water well testing programs, managing contracted field services (drilling, instrumentation, test pumping), analysis of hydraulic data, and characterization of aquifers.• Regulatory Reporting: licensing groundwater supply applications, conducting compliance assessment reports for government regulatory bodies. • Desktop Assessments: synthesizing available groundwater data and characterizing baseline conditions.• Human Resource Management: achieving excellent staff retention rates, mentoring staff and managing operations in consulting and humanitarian business units.Mr. Toews received his BASc in Civil Engineering (Water Resource) from the University of British Columbia and his MSc in Geoscience (Hydrogeology) from the University of Calgary.
