Spark Privacy Ambassadors leverage an automated decision-making tool, along with their own expertise, to assess new data use-cases against Spark’s privacy policy and privacy values. Ambassadors are supported by Spark’s privacy team in their development and with more complex or nuanced assessments. This process helps adjust propositions and customer journeys early in development adding efficiency and improving customer experience.

Responsible for product marketing strategy and product management for a range of innovation projects in sectors being transformed by new digital technologies. Sectors include Urban Innovation, Health Care, Gaming, Security, and Entertainment. These sectors leverage and augment Sparks core connectivity portfolios.Responsible for guiding the commercial, customer and technical assessment of new opportunities and supporting the evolution and growth of established partnerships, platforms, and portfolios.

Part of the Product Squad responsible for evolving Sparks Mobile products and partnership offerings. As the Agile Product Owner, I learnt a lot about the technical areas that come together to deliver products in a large-scale context. The Squad delivered at pace launching new partnership propositions with Netflix, Microsoft Xbox and Xero, as well as enhancements to our Spotify technical capability and propositions. The Squad flourished with an Agile mindset and became the top Squad for Agile maturity within our Product Tribe.

Part of an internal start-up responsible for delivering an online marketplace for Home Services. In this role I learnt a huge amount about the technical and operational elements of getting a digital platform to market, then quickly evolving it with a particular focus on conversion rate optimisation. Thanks to incredible support from Google NZ and agency partner PHD, we were able to use many of the latest design principles, marketing tools and formats to unlock rapid initial growth. Utilising lean start-up methodology and a 5-day design sprint to assess second stage growth opportunities was a real highlight before moving to my next role.
