As Head Coach for the U18s and U16s teams at Dartford Sharks, I lead the development and performance of young athletes, focusing on both their individual growth and team success. My role involves more than just teaching basketball skills—it's about fostering a culture of discipline, teamwork, and continuous improvement.Key Responsibilities:Training & Development: Plan, organize, and execute comprehensive training sessions that improve players’ technical skills, game strategy, and overall fitness. Tailor sessions to address the specific needs of the team and individual players.Game Management: Oversee all aspects of game day preparation and in-game management, including developing game plans, making real-time strategic adjustments, and motivating the team to perform at their best.Performance Analysis: Conduct post-game reviews and analysis to identify strengths, areas for improvement, and opportunities for player development. • Passionate about sales – often only had a few seconds to pitch the survey to the customer and secure their interest, learned to be charismatic and capture customer attention very quickly• Endeavoured to achieve targets – The minimum strike rate for a shift is often 1 survey, while the average is 1.5-2.0 despite doing several hundred calls a shift. My strike rate was 3.2 which demonstrates how driven I am to achieve targets.

Worked to help relieve rush hour at one of the busiest fast food delivery services in the world. Had to learn to be efficient and punctual as I could potentially do up to 3 deliveries in one journey. Although I worked in a big team, once you are on the road you are alone, so I had to learn to make decisions on my own, because a few minutes could cause the food to be cold and would let the customer down.

• Taking inbound customer service calls to provide advice to recent immigrants in to the UK at the peak of the Covid 19 virus pandemic. This helped to ensure the safety of the citizens of the UK and also helped me build up many new skills in a remote working environment• Highly motivated by targets and a great ‘independent’ team player - As a team of 12, had a strong drive to succeed and hit daily calls of 840 (70 each) . Our group would often hit 1000, with many members more than 100 calls individually, committing ourselves to minimizing the spread of illness. I worked independently to reach my goals, however I was more than capable of working with my assigned team and demonstrate interpersonal skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills nurtured from handling hundreds of people in quick succession, as well as resilience and patience created from the multiple knock backs and irate customers.

Worked as a team member in a fast pace environment while studying a full time degree. Had to learn very specific product knowledge as a member of the seasonal and hardside teams at the store. While working in Seasonal I had to dedicate myself to learning about many different species of plants, not only to be able to explain these details to customers, but also to be able to preserve the stock and keep it in the best possible condition for display. As a member of the Hardside department, I had to learn technical DIY information, so I could liaise with customers of varying experiences levels and provide them the tools and supplies they needed for their homes. In addition to this I was an employee when the nation was first sent into lockdown amidst the Covid 19 pandemic, I had to adapt and maintain a strong mentality while working in completely unheard of conditions, where rules were changing every day in order to keep the public safe.
