Kuyumfiyat is a Svelte based web application used by Turkish Jewelers. It was developed by Tolga Balcı in order to facilitate price calculation needs under rapidly changing conditions.• Conducted a review of the existing price-calculation solutions.• Performed a requirement analysis including interviews with 10 industry specialists in order to provide the required list of features.• Designed the system via use case diagrams, activity diagrams and design mockups to increase usability.• Tested the application through the test cases specifically designed to ensure stability.

Profit-maximizer is a smart contract designed by Tolga Balci to maximize profit for organizations sharing a common price policy. The scope of such organisations involve the ones that have bidirectional sales relationship where the customers can sell to as well as buying from the organisation. Example of such organisations are precious metals companies and currency exchange offices. The contract allows such organisations to provide their recent buy and sell information. After the information is collected, the contract can be called with a reference buy and sell price. Once the contract receives the reference buy and sell price from one of the members, the contract will return an array involving a suggested buy price and a suggested sell price. AppPreExam is an Android mobile application developed by Tolga Balci that provides students exam preparation guidance and support through suggesting exam preparation recommendations based on the information received via the application.• Conducted a literature review in order to understand how the literature can provide a basis for recommendations.• Reviewed the existing exam preparation mobile applications.• Performed a requirement analysis in order to provide the required list of features.• Designed the system via use case diagrams, activity diagrams and design mockups to increase usability.• Developed the system via Android Studio and Parse Server as the backend as well as preparing database schemas.• Tested the application through the test cases specifically designed to ensure stability.
