Instructor for NACE CIP 1 and CIP 2 certification programs.

- Conducting feasibility analyses for new projects at a High-Pressure-Die-Casting (HPDC) company that manufactures parts for automotive brands including Audi, Fiat, Jaguar & Land Rover, Renault, PSA, and Toyota. (Analysis of customer-specific demands using project technical drawings and customer standards.)- Conducting post-nomination feasibility study to assess part manufacturability. - Managing project team and assign assignments according on competencies.- Providing project status updates to customers on a weekly or monthly basis. - Organizing and evaluating periodic meetings to address project difficulties.- Analyzing project risks, manage time, and track progress.- Monitoring and manage PPAP/APQP processes.- Managing projects based on customer requests (IATF or VDA) and provide necessary follow-up paperwork.- Analyzing, evaluating, and executing customer engineering modifications with the project team.- Monitoring and reporting on the Run@Rate audit process with the customer.- Supervising serial transfer processes for new projects.- Tracking product development progress for new projects.

- Coordinating the Paintshop investment (manual/automatic lines) processes (i.e. shipment, assembly, presupposition, essential spare and consumable parts, etc.) in which hot-dip galvanized steel products are to be powder coated after chemical pretreatment or sweep abrasive blasting surface cleaning operations (Duplex Systems) within the business plan prepared for these operations on a weekly basis.- Decision-making studies of choosing the optimum Powder coating and supplementary chemicals for the paint-shop lines by collecting essential data from the national and international chemical manufacturers for comparing the technologies and the economics pertaining to their products.- Creating a comprehensive technical evaluation report on "Sweep Abrasive Blasting" operation by gathering 24 different engineering quotations from 8 major engineering companies specialized in blast-cleaning facilities in Turkey by using internationally accepted norms and standards.- Creating visionary strategies for the following period after all Paintshop installments completed, like Visual Factory, Poke Yoke, Lean Manufacturing, personnel training programs- Organizing corporate participation to the international industry fairs/other professional organizations by using my current business network and professional memberships.

- Observing, identifying and analyzing problems in a systematic methodology to find feasible solution and reporting to top management. - Organizing protective coating and corrosion related technical trainings to our staff and customers about key points of the selection, application and inspection processes and latest global developments.- Benchmarking and action-planning of our products with the competitors by the aid of mechanical performance tests such as Abrasion, Mandrel, Adhesion, Hardness, and weathering tests such as QUV weathering and Salt Spray tests in accordance to ISO and ASTM standards. - Sales support and business development by creating action plans and follow communicating and organizing acquaintance meetings by the potential corporate customers using existing personal network and using social media effectively.

• Organize and direct manufacturing operations, working together with the European Demand Team.• Improve quality and lean process, providing the leadership required in order to optimize every type of resources at his disposal to improve production flows.• Build and develop the strategy in order to improve quality and flows of plant’s production.• Lead and check internal logistic/production service with specific reference to stock-counting accuracy with own direct reports in logistic and supply chain department.• Control timing and costs management in order to ensure budget compliance.• Prepare the plant’s reporting for EHQ on a monthly basis.• Fix and evaluate production KPI’s, with own direct reports, for each plant’s function.• Maintain and develop a safety and health culture in the plant.• Specific focus on EHS culture and approach.• Organize worker and process trainings to improve workplace conditions and process efficiency • Promote the workers development in the plant organization, and promote a positive and motivating job environment.• Manage and coordinate the production functions in accordance with EHS, Quality, Process & Scale UP, Engineering and Maintenance, Production planning & Supply Chain.• Optimize resources and equipment utilization in order to achieve significant cost reductions• Prepare feasibility reports for new investment in production

• Deciding, implementing and supervision of the paint/coating operations performed on the surfaces of pressurized vessels, wind towers, stacks by planning and outlining production requirements with the job foremen on a daily basis, as a part of a project-basis approach.• Site visits to assure production requirements are being meet.• Work with safety personnel to assure all hazards that are addressed in accordance with OSHA regulations.• Coordinating over 30 employees of a paint-shop by work-orders and giving proper technical trainings periodically and upon necessity i.e. for a non-conformity corrective action.• Planning crews, equipment & material usage to optimize job cost
