These responsibilities range from initial customer contact, definition of project requirements, evaluation of internal resources to the generation of a request for proposal and post-sales management aimed at generating further business opportunities.

Account Manager for Public Administration (Local and Central).Responsible for maintaining relationships with customers, acting as the focal contact for sales and marketing and ensuring continuing customer satisfaction over the long-term.

Responsible for planning and implementing the company infrastructure to provide technical support on multiple levels to Field System Engineers and coordinating Customer Support for products and services aimed at the highest level of reliability in highly critical contexts.

Responsible for multiple aspects of entire projects from conception to completion, implementation, supervision and day-to-day management, including supplying of materials and planning delivery of the final product.
