• Responded to Local Distribution Company (LDC) queries, primarily concerning contract interpretation, project eligibility, and financial settlement process.
• Conducted QA/QC of LDC and supplier settlements (frequently in excess of $1 million CAD per month) and monitored contractual milestones.
• Evaluated LDC requests for program rule waivers for HPNC and AUDIT FUNDING applications and worked with OPA legal team to draft waivers for successful requests.

• Identified, wrote business requirements for, and tested enhancements to iCon, the web-based management system for applications to saveONenergy CDM incentive programs.
• Supported the National Accounts Manager in handling very large, complex applications to the RETROFIT program.
• Managed the Amendment and Adjustment Process for the RETROFIT program.
• Delivered in-person training on iCon to LDCs around the province to build greater user confidence and capture feedback.
• Provided a variety of support to the Commercial & Institutional Business Development team including, but not limited to, tracking request for waivers, responding to LDC queries, and organizing events.
