About Tom Allor

Founded Tutorial Services with the core belief of "Making a Difference, One Student at a Time." Created a tutoring company that provided English and Math support services to students in the Free & Reduced Lunch Program in 26 states. Program success rates on average raised English grade levels by 1.4 years, and Math grade levels by 1.13 years. Developed marketing strategies to reach smaller districts and service rural communities. Hired teachers from multiple states to recruit and deliver services to students. Responsible for Human Resources, budgeting, advertising, sales, travel, Product Development and Regional Planning.communities.I am a veteran of the US Navy as well as a former exchange student to the Netherlands (1981-1982). I have also been a restaurant owner as well as manager.
