Tom Ashman is a DevOps Engineer at Flexys Solutions at Flexys Solutions. Colleagues describe him as "Tom is the bedrock of the Flexys devops team—the longest-running member. At his 5-year work anniversary, people were surprised it had only been 5 years. People can't imagine the team without him.  Tom is incredibly helpful both inside the team and towards other teams, caring about his work a great deal, about the stability and capabilities of the platform, and about the end customer experience. Tom regularly goes above and beyond to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of our infrastructure and to help others with their tasks. He is one of those people who helps multiply others's capabilities by being there to catch them when they fall with his personable attitude and deep knowledge about our platform.  Despite his years of experience, Tom is still keen to learn new things and branch out his knowledge, even outside of the operations role, including attending our backend-focused Rust book club.  It has been a pleasure to work with Tom for the last 3 years, and look forward to continuing to do so."
