Over the last 8 years focused on developing solution in the identity and the biometric field. Experienced with FIPS 201, HSPD-12, and NIST system requirements. Successful in building small teams capable of going from concept through development, deployment, customer capture and operations, meeting system security requirements, operational performance levels and high customer satisfaction. Solutions include multiple channeling operations supporting FBI, state and TSA, for channeling biographic and biometric data. Custom design access control solution supporting the common access card (CAC/PIV) with optional biometrics for both indoor and outdoor deployment. Experienced in architecting systems meeting both DOD/DHS certification and accreditation (C&A) standards.
