Implemented overhead cost savings initiatives and delivered reductions over $5Million/year. - Implemented a web-based Data Visualization tool to allow for monitoring of all aspects of the business from a single interface including safety, financial, quality, and project KPI’s. Estimated $5Million in savings. - Successfully implemented a knowledge transfer program for talent management and development resulting in fewer execution (technical as well as project management) problems. - Negotiated an agreement with Samsung Heavy Industries to further develop the newly developed Low Motion Semi-submersible platform design enhancing competitiveness.
