At Bruegger's my focus was on full cycle recruiting for restaurant managers, from positing career opportunities, sourcing and finding great talent, to sending out offer letters. I began my career at Bruegger's with the Minnesota market and over the course of my career several other states were addeed, including Iowa, Michigan, Ohio, and Nebraska. I would highlight some of the amazing talented people that I have helped bring on board the Bruegger's team as a highlight of my career with Bruegger's. Alongside the great hires, I would list the opportunity that I had to develop and teach new Managers in Training all about our applicant tracking system. Most recently, I conducted an Interview Skills Training class for our Minnesota General Managers.
