Project Manager / BDM in the Connect2Law team with the remit to relationship manage 200 law firms to encourage legal referrals and the take-up of products and services. Project managed the rejuvenation of CPD training programme. Contributed strategic input to support the improvement of existing services as well as the development of new ones. Increased take-up of service lines including PII product and CPD training. Instrumental in the organisation of Connect2Law Oktoberfest, a successful event that delivered a healthy profit, elevated brand awareness of Pannone and Connect2Law and fully engaged members and non-members alike. Other accomplishments included:• Awarded the top grade of ‘outstanding’ by the CEO following an appraisal with only 4% of staff achieving this grade company-wide• Introduced a new strategic vision for Connect2Law • Improved marketing materials including expectations documents and recommendation processes• Instigated an increase in fee shares• Played a key role in changes to the training programme including to the format, venues and speakers which saved delegate time, increased profitability and secured improved feedback• Developed the refer out process to enhance relations with members• Invited to contribute to elements of the wider Connect2Law strategy by senior management

Won new contracts through increased marketing activity, developing a sales ethos across the legal team, identifying networking opportunities and improved internal and external referral processes. Improved company website and articles to engage clients and potential clients on regular basis.

Responsible for transactional advice and tribunal representation on behalf of HR teams within blue chip organisations in the manufacturing, aviation, automation and hospitality sectors. Represented many clients at court and in high value settlement negotiations.
