My role at Spark44 involves managing projects and campaigns consisting of multiple formats such as print - press ads, brochures and OOH, digital – banners, skyscrapers and parallaxes, and managing creative projects from start to finish, involving video – TVCs, Social videos etc.,electronic direct mail and radio ads for the premium automotive brands Jaguar and Land Rover. On top of these I manage more complex projects, including a personalised, edible magazine cover wrap and bespoke CRM direct mail pieces. I have built strong relationships with the various teams that I work with internally, which I feel is essential to producing great work and managing campaigns and projects successfully, and to deliver on time.My responsibilities include:• Working alongside Client Services, Creative teams and the artworking studio, amongst others to manageProjects and campaigns from the beginning, once the brief has been received from the client, right through to delivery of the approved final assets. • Creating and adhering to timing plans • Booking and managing internal resource in order to keep projects on track and deliver on time. • Booking and managing freelance resource for design and artworking. • Training and managing new team members.• Briefing creative teams and managing in creative reviews.• Developing relationships with third parties for image retouching and purchasing. • Managing multiple projects at the same time and ensure that they are all delivered on time and within budget.

My previous role at TAG had focused mainly on BTL POS with only a small amount of ATL press ads, but my role at Hogarth has mainly involved press fulfilment, OOH and creating master artworks. I have worked on various projects for big brands, working across multiple markets.My responsibilities include:• Working alongside the Account Management teams from when each project is first briefed, right through to delivery to the client or publication. • Managing each step of a project, from costing to booking in the jobs and briefing the art workers, QC and liaising with the design department on more complex projects. • Creating masters for campaigns and adapting them to the correct size and colour profile for various publications.• Adhering to deadline dates specified in media plans from media agencies. • Managing multiple projects at the same time, often with tight deadlines, and prioritising which jobs need to be completed first in order to meet the deadlines.

My role as a Project Manager at TAG mainly focused on print for BTL POS, working on global accounts such as the mobile technology brand HTC and retail fashion brand H&M. However, I also worked on ATL promotions such as press ads, and OOH advertising. The projects that I worked on varied, from the creative management of new master artworks from start to finish, to localisations for many different campaigns. I also managed adaptations of existing artworks for specific purposes, such as certain promotions that particular markets will be running. My responsibilities included: Working closely with the Account Management team in order to ensure that client briefs were fully understood and met, and the final product was delivered on time. Managing projects from start to finish, from receiving an initial brief, through to briefing copywriters, designers and artworkers, making sure that the budget and timings were met and the final product delivered is to the highest standard.

After working on a freelance basis for 5 months I was offered a permanent contract and given my own projects to run from start to finish. Since this time I have managed all of the berliner and tabloid sized newspaper supplements that the company has produced which are carried with The Mail On Sunday and The Guardian which includes booking with printers, dealing with clients that have booked advertisement space within the publications, checkingand occasionally amending artwork in order to meet the specifications set by the printers and creating the pages and setting all adverts and editorial content. After the publications are sent to print I then create online versions and eblasts which are then broadcast to promote them.
