The focus throughout my career was the delivery and management of team based Organizational Effectiveness processes initially developed at Ault Foods. These processes included Training and Human Resources Management programs in the areas of leadership, management development, team building, and performance/change management and the delivery of generalist Human Resources services for conflict resolution and relationship mediation processes, and Organizational Effectiveness assessments. I also served as Chair of the WSPS Horticultural and Agricultural Advisory Committee and as a member on the WSPS Executive Advisory Committee.

As a representative of the horticultural sector, serves as a member of the Agriculture Advisory Committee for the Ontario Workplace Safety and Prevention Services.
