Managed a team of Project Managers who coordinated the merchandising, production and placement of all materials in the 900 locations across the Country. Each Campaign could involve 75,000 pieces delivered Nationally and implemented over one day. We also oversaw the build process for new locations, renovations and relocations in both our Corporate and Dealer Networks. Annually this was a $40 Million dollar budget. We worked with our procurement partners to aquire new design software and digital media management tools.

Wireless sales were number one in growth for the company. Cable revenues were well in excess of 2008. Shrink and labour management were also company leaders. In 2007 As the Manager of Retail Entertainment Operations, I oversaw $135,000,000 in revenue, $31,524,000 in Payroll expenses with 2,220,000 payroll hours. In these numbers were the best results in Gross revenue, Shrink decreases, wireless increases and the highest increase in average transactions for the Country. By the end of 2007, there were 12 Area Managers reporting to me covering Canada from Thunderbay to St Johns. I was able to achieve these results with a high level of accountability from the field verified with consistent store visits and financial reviews.
