Chair of the internal NGS Core Team that sets corporate strategy and Working Group that enables the successful execution of projects. Established and led multiple NGS (WES/WGS) collaborations with pharma, biotech, and academic scientists in Asia and the United States.* Designed and implemented biomarker and patient stratification projects in support of oncology drug discovery and clinical development programs.* Member of the Tailoring Genetics Management Team to determine project prioritization, cross TA resource management and process improvements.* Lead biologist and project leader of 3 oncology drug discovery efforts. Responsibilities included target identification and validation, setting project goals and strategy, and overall responsibility for project deliverables and accountability.
