Areas which include finance, procurement, HR, Admin, various food and beverage teams and numerous sales departments (retail, commercial, ticketing & sponsorship to name a few).Maintaining and monitoring business staffing levels, knowledge skills, expectations and motivation to fulfill company requirements.Reviewing and being responsible for all high level KPI's alongside allocated budgets issued to various profit centres within the company.

Managing the financial functions of the Football Club, overseeing the finance team and influencing all those involved with financial functions, while working closely alongside CEO.Influential in creating a longer term strategy with informed involvement in key financial decision making.Collaboration with senior group financial director over financial strategy and position of the Football Club with understanding of wider impact over the group of companies.Preparation and management of forecasts, budgets, and cash flows.Forecasting, budgeting, and financial management of all future development and new enterprise projects.On-going management of Financial Fair Play budgeting and analysis.Management and design of all financial ledgers and accounting processes.Analysis of financial trends within the businessPreparation of Monthly management reports of the business including detailed cost centre information, reporting via regular meetings with Senior Management.Ensuring appropriate systems and internal controls are implemented and maintained.Overseeing the payroll processes.

Directly responsible for providing management accounting information to the CEO via reconciliations, cash flows & ad hoc reports.In this position I use Sage 200, Sage payroll & SEE tickets software. - Monthly management accounts & information- Payroll completion (180+ employees)- Budget preparation for numerous cost centres- VAT returns- Cashflow forecasting- Reporting with external governing bodies- Debtors & Creditors control- Matchday turnover analysis- Project cost management- FTFC community trust (charity) finance management I am also the main point of contact with the external auditors.Working as part of the team of a hugely forward thinking company which involves new & complex challenges daily.
