Working alongside nurses and senior project leader to assist CCGs and their Continuing Healthcare Team's via improved processes, booking, communications and personal knowledge.

I completed a unique project; reviewing processes, approaches and delivery of the entire system as well as liaising with; the local authorities, healthcare professionals, hospitals, care agencies, care/nursing homes and legal firms in the related areas. My role was to offer personal support to managers on individual cases, and for my opinion on the process they require. Several cases were entirely unique in regard to the parties to be contacted and the overall sensitve and complicated approach.
