The Executive Director will be responsible for all aspects of managing and motivating the Youth Connections Team. This position will also ensure agency growth through directing and managing business development, program development, and marketing activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy. This individual is also responsible for the following:• Contribute to the development and refinement of organizations vision and strategy • Support the overall process of management and organizational decision-making to ensure the organization maximizes its short, medium and long-term profitability and stakeholder investments • Impact the profitability of the organization through strategic and tactical management decisions• Marketing • Competitor and market analysis• Ensure efficient and effective marketing, advertising and promotional planning through the agency marketing plan • Present a budget for board approval and prudently manage resources within those budgetary guidelines according to agency policy and within ethical corporate governance guidelines • Maintain and develop organizational culture, values and reputation in its markets and with all staff, customers, partners and regulatory/official bodies • Build and lead an effective and cohesive management team

The Director of Programs is responsible for oversight of 6 youth focused programs in Johnson and Morgan Counties. He is responsible for employee supervision, hiring, and training. He is also responsible for completion of programmatic reports to funders, agency stakeholders, and the Board of Trustees.

The Senior Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of residential, educational, and medical treatment services to children with special needs. He is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and direct supervision of 35 - 45 employees within the Young Boys service area. He is also responsible for incoming Manager training for this service area.
