The Executive Director will be responsible for all aspects of managing and motivating the Youth Connections Team. This position will also ensure agency growth through directing and managing business development, program development, and marketing activities to ensure these are delivered in accordance with the organizational strategy. The Director of Programs is responsible for oversight of 6 youth focused programs in Johnson and Morgan Counties. He is responsible for employee supervision, hiring, and training. He is also responsible for completion of programmatic reports to funders, agency stakeholders, and the Board of Trustees.

The Senior Manager is responsible for day-to-day operations of residential, educational, and medical treatment services to children with special needs. He is responsible for interviewing, hiring, training, and direct supervision of 35 - 45 employees within the Young Boys service area. He is also responsible for incoming Manager training for this service area.
