The work performed in this position was all related to the rewiring of a fishing vessel called the Amaltal Columbia. Rewiring the vessel consisted of electrical cable management and installation, cable testing (continuity and insulation testing) and cable termination of mains and equipment cables.

Developed an automated testing apparatus that injected controlled amounts of nitrogen and oxygen gas into water samples using PID control valves. The system provided a way of automatically testing Zebra-Tech’s dissolved oxygen sensors before they were shipped to customers. Other skills utilized were drilling, tapping, soldering and milling.
