Project managed the system design test and qualification of IBM and Lenovo X86 servers. Responsibilities included test plan creation, opening defects and verifying fixes, and achieving ship support targets in order to fulfill early customer orders. Created a test process to qualify alternate sourced memory parts for post GA, resulting in a 3x increase in productivity/efficiency with a $2.5M per year savings in on-time ships and reduced line down time. Implemented an inventory control process to manage over 75,000 parts using serialization, storage locations, user tracking, and inventory rebalancing with discrepancies less than .1%.

Responsible to provide a reliable parts supply line to the 3rd party personal computer and server manufacturing teams. Managed and prioritized order execution, inventory, and shipments based on parts availability and customer specifications, using ERP/MRP systems. Managed deliveries of 150-200k units totaling $30-40M revenue yearly. Managed parts and finished goods inventory reduction targets of $500k/year by initiating system build outs and special sales offerings for FGI and PI consumption.

Coordinated activities of the sales, fulfillment, manufacturing, and distribution teams for IBM’s Large Enterprise Direct Fulfillment initiative. Responsible to respond to customer RFQ/RFI with IBM's ability to meet requirements such as service levels, ordering methods, custom model configurations, pricing, inventory, forecasting, and shipping/distribution specifications. Managed opportunities greater than $100k and averaged $10M to $15M revenue annually.

Managed server and personal computer manufacturing teams of up to 70 employees to produce high volume while balancing quality and efficiency for cost effectiveness. Focused on commodity, process, and workmanship driven quality/technical issues and managed corrective actions via team training and process documentation. Coordinated ISO9001 and ISO14001 audit readiness of manufacturing plant by maintaining certifications, employee training records, and safety/security standards. Managed both internal corporate audits and external ISO audits for the manufacturing plant.
