Continuing my previous role as a TSCC but also taking a more prominent and leading role in the reporting an analytics of various programs.

Duties:• Full cycle recruitment for a variety of positions. Consultative approach to hiring managers and candidates.• Perform intake calls with hiring managers to assess needs and determine best sourcing strategies to ensure acquisition of the best talent.• Monitor daily progress of requisition and follow up accordingly. Review, shortlist, and schedule interviews for the hiring managers via Fieldglass.• Negotiate rates to ensure that they are aligned with current market rates.• Manage multiple situations effectively while multitasking to maintain a sense of urgency and attention to detail.• Act as a liaison with Suppliers to resolve daily operational issues within Outlook and Fieldglass.• Maintain worker records using internal systems such as SAP Fieldglass and AskHR.• Managing and tracking contracts and agreements between suppliers, workers, and the client.Technical Skill Set:• Maintaining my use of SAP Fieldglass every day. This is now my primary application of use. Developing a greater understanding from seeing and using the back end of Fieldglass.• Engaging with a variety of contacts from different countries, expanding my experience in communication and engagement, especially with non-native English-speaking people.• Using SAP to onboard, offboard and maintain worker records.Projects:• Using my previously knowledge and experience to create various templates, trackers, and MI dashboards in Excel, to: help identify areas of improvement in the team; keep track of job postings more effectively; highlight stages of the cycle time that take the longest; better track and see supplier performance; monitor KPIs and SLAs.• Creating an in-depth log of our SLAs and KPIs giving detailed descriptions and calculations as well as the specific points in which we have control over to help improve and meet our targets.

Duties:• Whilst maintaining all previous jobs and responsibilities, I took on a more pivotal role within my team, from taking the lead on client calls, preparing, and presenting quarterly and annual business reviews, to managing workloads, and training members of the team.• Working on a broader range of customer accounts to lend my expertise, and to help cover, assist and up-skill other members of the team.• Analysing data to identify trends and patterns, such out outliers and best in class, to show and suggest areas of improvement.• Setting new, higher standards for clients and customers with my interactive MI dashboards within Excel, utilising extracted data from Fieldglass or any other Vendor Management Tool.• Training new starters both in and outside of the team, on basic and advanced Excel and SAP Fieldglass reporting functions.Technical Skill Set:• Continuing to use Salesforce every day for case management and recording of time.• Maintaining my use of SAP Fieldglass every day.• Continuing to develop and learn a wide range of advanced Excel skills, again adding new interactive features to my work, such as data validation and drop-down menus, hyperlink buttons, and formula driven tick boxes.• Developed a greater understanding and skill level of PowerPoint.Projects:• Created an error checking system within Excel which checks for formula errors and data issues automatically using advanced formulas. This was led by me and took around one to two months to complete.• Leading a project to overhaul the existing output from our team, to bring them up to the new, higher standard set by myself. This is still a work in progress.• Many smaller projects were led by me revolving around the creation and setting up of new scheduled dashboards to highlight key SLAs and KPIs for various clients. This is still a work in progress.

Duties:• Completing both scheduled and Adhoc report requests, from simple building of reports to present certain metrics such as headcount or spend, to creating complete dashboards using many different data points, with interactive graphs and tables using advanced excel formulas.• Creating and developing MI Dashboards and reports utilising Fieldglass data or any other Vendor Management tool to monitor and track a number of KPIs and SLAs.• Participating in conference calls to demonstrate and explain how different functions work and discuss process improvements, trends, and outlying data. • Reviewing processes and suggesting how to improve and make more efficient.• Leading training calls with both new starters within Kelly on how to use internal systems and basic Excel skills, and with customers on how to better self-serve with requests they have.• Analyse, collect, and organise data to comment on trends and highlight key points within Excel.Technical Skill Set:• Managing cases that came into the team by distributing cases, and running reports to show open and unresolved cases, as well as recording our time, through Salesforce.• Gained a far greater understanding of SAP Fieldglass as it became our main data source.• Continued to self-teach and develop my Excel, learning new advanced formulas such as Index Match, Trim Mean, Rank, IS Number searches, and various nested IFs including SumIFs and CountIFs, to add new functionality to my dashboards and reports.• Continued to use Outlook and PowerPoint frequently.

Duties:• Managing invoicing requests, creating invoicing formats with internal and external systems.• Ensuring accuracy of data and being proactive to monitor and resolve any potential errors.• Assisting with system development by speaking with customers to ensure processes are followed.• Regularly participating in implementation controls to ensure we are prepared for new customers.• Creating and formatting invoice reports to send to suppliers and upload to internal finance systems such as Axapta Dynamics and Ariba.• Preparing and creating dashboards to be presented to customer sponsors, suppliers, and other internal teams on a monthly and quarterly basis within Excel and PowerPoint.• Managing the day-to-day invoicing for several of the biggest customers that Kelly OCG work with.• Reaching out and assisting suppliers to reduce the number of “missing” invoices.Technical Skill Set:• Managed cases that came into the team through Salesforce daily.• Created and ran various reports and investigated Time Sheets and Work Orders for issues and errors using SAP Fieldglass.• Continued to develop my Excel skill by learning new formulas to complete my job more efficiently.• Good knowledge of Microsoft office using Outlook and PowerPoint frequently.• Developed verbal communication skills through speaking to customer / clients / suppliers over the phone.
