ZIN Medical Europe (ZME) is a remote patient monitoring service provider formed by ZIN Tech, Inc., Cleveland Clinic and MUMC (Maastricht University Medical Center-leading cardiology center in Europe). ZME has introduced significant new technology and approaches to remote patient monitoring in cardiac, diabetes and other chronic diseases. Mr. Bradshaw has raised funding for ZIN Medical Europe and recruited management team. This business was sold to a major medical device company (2012).

Mr. Bradshaw is former chairman and co-founder of Great Lakes Pharmaceuticals (now Prevacept Infection Control - a Charter Life portfolio company), an anti-infective drug development company with a recently completed pivotal stage clinical trial for prevention of catheter infections and biofilm formation. Charter Life led the Series B round and follow on financing. Completed pivotal trial and in registration in EU. Renamed as Prevacept Infection Control.

Mr. Bradshaw identified an opportunity to purchase Ricerca from a Japanese agro chemical company, Ishihara Sangyo, and converted it into a contract drug developer. He attracted equity and debt financing from a private equity group, Societe Generale (SG) Cowen, and negotiated the purchase of Ricerca. He brought in a CEO from Bristol Myers and the conversion was effected under her leadership. She wanted to pursue proprietary drug development which the board did not accept. The board asked Mr. Bradshaw to step in as CEO in 2003. Ricerca is a contract drug development company which provides IND enabling services (both biology and chemistry) post discovery. Under Mr. Bradshaw revenues went from $17 million to $55 million and EBITDA from negative $12 million to positive $18 million. This company served most of the leading biotech firms in the US and, as a result, Mr. Bradshaw built relationships with venture firms backing these biotech companies. He sold this company to SV Life/Bain in 2007.
