I work as a consultant Product Manager and Business Analyst with different clients in a variety of fields. These have include discovery, digital transformation and feature development projects across aviation, banking and healthcare. BJSS specialises in agile working, using either Scrum, Kanban or its own Enterprise Agile approach depending on client and project demand.Role details:- Research, discovery, scoping and feasibility for roadmap development- Shaping product vision and strategy- Managing stakeholders and navigating organisational challenges- Prioritising and shaping product features to align with strategy and maximise value- Backlog management and prioritisation- Writing user stories and acceptance criteria for feature development- Collaborative working with UX designers and developers/testers to ensure value is delivered- Delivering training and lunch and learns on a variety of topics- Recruitment and interviewing- Mentoring less experienced BAs and helping others develop

- Providing pastoral and career development support to a multi-disciplinary team of 8 consultants- Facilitating a positive, trust-based team environment and helping each squad member have the best experience possible during their career at BJSS- Conducting performance reviews, managing new joiners and leavers- Being first point of contact and escalation for any work-related issues for my squad members- Helping squad members to manage leave, absence and workload

I worked on the Digital Services team. My team helped clients with their digital transformations, and designed and developed software integrations between Sopra’s in-house banking products, and third party applications.My role involved:- Engineer requirements for third-party software integrations- Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders- Write technical user stories, acceptance criteria and test scenarios, and manage defect resolution.- Drive and implement process change within the team- Design tools to drive commercial decision making by evaluating potential integrations, to estimate effort and cost, and provide MI- Analyse and map data between internal and external applications.

- Gathered and documented requirements to make internal IT systems GDPR-compliant, including dealing with senior stakeholders in IT and across the business. Conducted gap analysis and worked with developers to spec and test solutions- Conducted process analysis and mapping in BPMN, and completed process review with both high-level stakeholders and end users- Led a project to manage third party supplier relationships with respect to GDPR- Created work instructions to enable effective processing by end users, and facilitated UAT
