Managing the ERDF (European Regional Development Funding) Inspire South London project supporting 830 SMEs across six south London Boroughs. Outputs included new product development, CO2 reductions and environmental accreditations (ISO14001, BS8555, Mayors Green Procurement Code). Project targets including assistance for BAME (Black and Minority Ethnic), disabled and women owned businesses and environmental sector companies.Line management (four staff) and budgetary (£3.2m including match funding) responsibilities; contract management of two delivery major partners and various internal suppliers. Reported to project stakeholders that included local authorities (Croydon, Kingston, Richmond, Bromley, Sutton and Merton), the LDA (London Development Agency) and other private and public organisations within the Steering Group.
